A Kick to the Shin. Allen's pick of the week belongs to the Ikki Tousen series, one of the pioneers in sexy, somewhat uncomfortable clothes-shredders of fighting anime. Namely, Shin Ikki Tousen, and he finds it alright, and does at least respects its desire to give its target audience just what they want. Well, that was also a week.
